  • Challenge assumptions, influence stakeholders, and promote a culture of fact‑based decision‑making.
  • Contribute to global forecasting and demand planning initiatives, ensuring best practices are adopted across the region.

What You’ll Need To Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain, or a related analytical business function.
  • Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies and predictive analytics.
  • Experience using forecasting and planning tools within a complex business environment.
  • Ability to interpret market trends, customer dynamics, and commercial strategies and translate them into business insights.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across cultures, functions, and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a strong attention to data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to challenge thinking constructively and influence decision‑making through data‑driven insights.
  • Experience within FMCG or a fast‑moving consumer environment is strongly preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
