Manage financial reporting
Produce a reliable, consistent monthly reporting package on time
Perform economic analyses and necessary controls in close cooperation with Accounting
Develop and distribute performance dashboards
Conduct profitability analyses by site, customer, contract, and flow
Communicate performance results to the Group and Executive Management
Structure, facilitate and secure the budgeting process
Produce financial trajectories (P&L, CAPEX, balance sheet)
Monitor budgets monthly, analyze variances and anticipate deviations
Define and evolve key performance indicators (KPIs)
Identify performance optimization levers
Provide analytical and financial support to Management requests

Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
Good mastery of cost accounting and cost construction mechanisms
Proven experience in an industrial environment (cost analysis, margins, processes, productivity)
Excellent Excel skills (modeling, automation, making reporting reliable)
Experience with an ERP system (JDE, SAP or equivalent)
Good command of a Business Intelligence tool (BO, Power BI or equivalent)
Fluent English (regular interactions with European Business Units and Group)
