Context
As part of industrial activities related to data centers, we are looking for an experienced Lead Planner to manage and coordinate planning activities. The assignment takes place in an international and multicultural environment, characterized by numerous interfaces and stakeholders. The position requires solid planning expertise, good knowledge of applicable standards, and a strong ability to communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the overall planning of activities.
- Develop, consolidate, and update schedules under Primavera.
- Ensure consistency of schedules across the different disciplines.
- Monitor progress and analyze deviations from defined deadlines.
- Identify critical paths, schedule risks, and points requiring attention.
- Anticipate deviations and define the necessary corrective actions.
- Coordinate contributions from the various stakeholders.
- Prepare indicators, analyses, and progress monitoring materials.
- Participate in coordination meetings and ensure effective communication with the various stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
Technical Skills
- Proven proficiency in Primavera.
- Expertise in planning complex industrial projects.
- Proficiency in planning methods and critical path analysis.
- Good knowledge and practical experience of standards applicable to the industrial sector.
- Ability to analyze deviations and their impacts on the schedule.
- Ability to anticipate risks and schedule delays.
- Experience in a data center environment is highly appreciated.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 15 years of experience in planning.
- Significant experience in a Lead Planner or equivalent position.
- Proven experience in complex industrial environments.
- Experience working with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Experience in an international and multicultural environment.
- Professional English essential.
- Autonomy and ability to manage a complex planning scope.
