We are looking for a user experience (UX) manager to support the framing, planning and delivery of UX research, generating actionable user and sensory insights for assigned projects across the product development journey, with guidance from senior UX colleagues.
You will help bring the user voice into innovation and renovation projects by applying established UX approaches and sharing evidence-based recommendations.
In this role, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary R&I and business teams, contributing UX expertise to agreed project priorities.
The role requires practical experience in quantitative and/or qualitative consumer or sensory research, basic data analysis, and the ability to translate findings into clear implications for product and pack development.
You will need sound project coordination and organizational skills. The role suits an adaptable and curious professional who can learn quickly, work within defined priorities, and seek alignment when decisions or methods require senior input.

You will focus on delivering superior product experiences by:
- Supporting consumer-centric project framing: contributing consumer and product inputs to briefs developed with local project teams and senior UX guidance.
- Coordinating user and sensory research for assigned projects, using established qualitative and quantitative approaches and escalating methodological choices when needed.
- Translating findings into practical recommendations that help project teams make informed, consumer-led decisions.
- Summarizing user and sensory findings in clear, audience-appropriate outputs that support project recommendations and next steps.
- Contributing to MEA claims & demo activities: supporting opportunity identification, consumer-friendly demos and local activation under the direction of the MEA UX Claims & Demo lead.
- Supporting local superiority activation: preparing agreed materials and updates that contribute to regional KPI tracking and internal engagement.
- Coordinating external research partners on assigned studies, following agreed scope, timelines, quality standards and budget guidance.
