Product Certification

The Product Certification & Specification Senior Engineer, Europe is responsible for ensuring that Dextra products obtain and maintain the certifications, regulatory approvals, technical specifications and performance validations required to successfully access and develop European markets.

Regular travel across Europe is required.

1.PRODUCT CERTIFICATION & REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

• Own and drive the European product certification roadmap, in close coordination with Dextra's Certification Team in Thailand and relevant Product Managers.
• Translate product and market-development priorities into clear certification and approval plans.
• Identify certification requirements for new products, new applications and entry into new European markets.
• Prioritize certification projects according to business impact, regulatory requirements, resources, cost and timing.
• Ensure certifications, approvals and renewals are delivered according to agreed schedules.
• Anticipate changes in regulations, certification schemes and standards that may affect Dextra's products or market access.

Certification Management

• Lead European certification and regulatory approval projects from initial assessment through testing, documentation, submission, approval and renewal.
• Manage relationships with certification bodies, notified bodies, regulatory authorities and other approval organizations, acting as Dextra's primary European technical liaison.
• Coordinate the preparation, review and submission of technical documentation, certification dossiers and approval applications.
• Ensure certification requirements are clearly understood and translated into actionable requirements for Engineering, Manufacturing, QHSE and Product Management.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, surveillance audits, certification reviews, renewals and technical assessments.
• Ensure appropriate corrective actions are implemented following certification audits or technical reviews.

Manufacturing & FPC Compliance

• Ensure external manufacturing and processing partners operating Dextra equipment in Europe comply with applicable certification requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor Factory Production Control requirements and other applicable certification controls.
• Support partners in preparing for certification audits and surveillance activities.
• Monitor identified non-conformities and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

Certification Governance

• Maintain clear visibility of certification status, deadlines, risks and priorities across the European product portfolio.
• Establish appropriate certification documentation, tracking and reporting systems.
• Prepare and manage certification and related testing budgets for Europe.
• Regularly report certification progress, risks, priorities and required management decisions.

Product Specification

• Develop and drive the technical strategy required to increase the inclusion of Dextra products in project specifications, consultant standards and approved product lists.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to identify priority projects, consultants, designers and engineering organizations where technical specification efforts can generate commercial impact.
• Provide expert technical support for complex project specifications, product qualification and project-specific approvals.
• Review project technical requirements and recommend appropriate Dextra products, solutions and supporting documentation.
• Develop technical specifications, design guidance, technical notes and other engineering documentation facilitating the specification and acceptance of Dextra products.
• Support Sales and Business Development teams during technically complex customer and consultant discussions.

Consultant & Designer Engagement

• Develop strong technical relationships with key engineering consultants, designers, contractors and relevant industry stakeholders.
• Represent Dextra in technical meetings, seminars, conferences and industry forums.
• Deliver technical presentations and training to consultants, designers, contractors and customers.
• Translate complex technical information into clear engineering and commercial value propositions.
• Monitor specification opportunities and actively support conversion from technical engagement to product specification and project approval.

Standards & Industry Influence

• Monitor developments in European and international design codes, technical standards and industry practices affecting Dextra products.
• Represent or coordinate Dextra's participation in relevant technical committees, working groups and industry associations.<
