YO AI Labs is seeking experienced AI Evaluation Specialists to assess and improve the quality of AI assistant outputs for an enterprise AI training project. This remote contractor role requires evaluating AI-generated responses against rubrics, identifying gaps, and providing actionable feedback.
You will work independently at scale, ensure consistency, and contribute to rubric development and process improvements.
