Rattaché(e) au Responsable Achats basé à Paris, vous piloterez la transformation des Achats de Services et de Matériels Indirects au sein de NW&PB durant la période de transition et de transformation du modèle opérationnel. L’objectif est de garantir la continuité des activités, la création de valeur, un partenariat efficace avec les parties prenantes internes, ainsi que le développement progressif d’une organisation Achats indépendante et adaptée aux enjeux futurs.

YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT:

Reporting to the Head of Procurement based in Paris, you will lead the transformation of Services & Indirect Materials Procurement across NW&PB during the operating model transition and transformation period. The objective is to ensure business continuity, value delivery, effective partnership with internal stakeholders, and the progressive development of an independent, future‑fit procurement organization.

With an approximate spend under management of €1 billion and a global scope, this role will play a pivotal part in positioning Procurement as a strategic business partner that delivers competitive advantage, cost leadership, supplier innovation, and sustainable value creation.

You will also contribute to shaping the future procurement organization, capabilities and operating model required to support NW&PB’s long‑term ambitions.

You will be responsible for :

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of Services & Indirect Materials Procurement across NW&PB
  • Define and implement the future procurement operating model, governance, and ways of working
  • Manage an internal team of procurement experts
  • Ensure a smooth transition from the current setup while maintaining business continuity and service excellence
  • Establish Procurement as a strategic enabler supporting business growth and performance
  • Drive strategic alignment and effective governance with central business functions to ensure optimal service, value delivery, and support
  • Define clear accountabilities, decision rights, and performance management mechanisms across stakeholders
  • Manage complex stakeholder environments and influence decisions at senior leadership level
  • Develop and execute category strategies across key spend areas including logistics, marketing, technical and corporate services
  • Identify value creation opportunities beyond savings, including supplier innovation, risk mitigation, demand optimization, and process improvement
  • Build strategic supplier partnerships that strengthen competitiveness and business performance

About You

  • At least 10 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement Transformation roles
  • Strong experience in Services and/or Indirect Procurement categories
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model redesign, carve‑out, integration or business separation initiatives
  • Experience operating within complex global and matrix organizations
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and rapidly changing environments
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change
  • Ability to balance long-term vision with immediate business priorities
  • Fluent English
