- CEGID XRPCONTEXT of the need/Purpose of the service/Missions We are looking for a senior functional expert in CEGID XRP Ultimate. Purpose of the service As part of the general accounting project, the Project Director is seeking a senior functional expert in CEGID XRP Ultimate to lead the deployment of the solution.
MISSIONS Reporting to the General Accounting Project Director, the profile will have the following main
missions:
– Analyze anomalies / Assist users / Monitor the delivery of fixes / Participate in the scoping and design workshop for the deployment of the solution. Expected deliverables “As a Cegid XRP functional expert involved in a general accounting software integration program, the deliverables must include: – Implementation and monitoring of a bug resolution schedule – Bug tracking and arbitration – Monitoring of changes and arbitration (including cost estimation) – Conducting training and support for users – Configuration of the solution following the scoping phase – Acceptance testing of the configuration, organization of user acceptance testing and acceptance testing – Monitoring of progress indicators / Facilitates scoping and design workshops within the framework of the solution deployment / Manages the whitelisting activities of the Cegid XRP solution in its ecosystem (interfaces)” Technical – technological environment “JIRA/ CEGID XRP ULTIMATE Windows” “The skills matrix allows bidders to assess the level of expertise expected for the performance of the service.
