- Own and optimize a global carrier network spanning 15+ active partners worldwide
- Drive carrier performance and lead annual commercial negotiations
- Oversee service quality, delivery incident resolution and logistics fraud prevention
- Develop strategic carrier partnerships supporting outbound and return shipping services
- Negotiate rates and conditions and supervise day-to-day logistics operations
- Deliver performance across 10M+ outbound and return parcels annually
- Track KPIs and report short- and mid-term improvement plans
- Identify long-term initiatives to improve delivery promises and on-time delivery rates
- Lead projects involving new delivery modes and innovative return solutions
- Add flexibility and customization to pre- and post-purchase customer experiences
- Embed delivery capabilities into Back Market's ecosystem
Requirements
- At least 5–7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service
- Strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities
- Fluent in English and French
- Adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of data and analytics skills
- Interest in evolving at Back Market under an individual/expert contributor role
- Based in Paris or Bordeaux, France
- Ability to work hybrid with 3 days per week at the office mandatory
- Authorization to work in the relevant country
