Deine Zukunft beginnt hier As a Promotion Manager at Wingo, you will manage promotions end-to-end from creation and configuration to optimization and delivery. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, and other teams to ensure successful execution. You’ll also drive improvements to our promotion tools, support ad‑hoc initiatives, and turn business needs into effective promotional solutions. At Wingo, we value initiative, simplicity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact on our customers and growth.
Coordinate promotional activities with all relevant departments (Marketing, Commercial, IT, Finance, etc.). Create and configure promotions directly in our internal system. Organize and lead testing in collaboration with the Q&A team to ensure flawless launches. Be a driving force in the development and continuous improvement of our promotion creation tool. Manage the full promotion delivery lifecycle and ensure alignment with Wingo's business and commercial objectives.
Profile
Strong initiative, sense of ownership, and analytical mindset. Experience in project or product management within a technology-driven environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams. Comfortable working in a dynamic and agile environment. Fluent in German, French or English with strong skills in one of the other. Comfortable working in a hybrid model (remote / on‑site).
