* By Roberte OkoyaContext: The purpose of this mission is to conduct a comprehensive security and cybersecurity audit covering two critical areas of the client's business:
- As such, deliverables must comply, in both content and format, with NISv2 requirements.
- For services included in the scope of the study and originating outside Europe, they must meet the following
requirements:
ISO 27001 / ISO 27019 (dedicated cybersecurity rules for the energy sector),
- The control system used for the supervision, remote control, and operation of electricity distribution networks.
- The digital radio network, supporting operational communications and critical transmissions, including radio infrastructure, the core network, terminals, and associated IP communications (remotely controlled operations on the electrical network).
MISSIONS – Identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses,
- Produce a cybersecurity risk analysis (EBIOS RM) covering both areas,
- Determine recommended security measures,
- Assess the maturity of environments with regard to the NISv2 directive,
- Provide a prioritized roadmap to strengthen the operational resilience and security of industrial and radio environments,
- Provide a set of structured deliverables (vulnerabilities register, risks, action plan).
- The audit must cover the following 10 areas:
- Governance & risk management
- Architecture & segmentation
- Access management & authentication
- Logging, monitoring & detection
- Vulnerabilities, patching & hardening
- Business continuity & resilience
- Supply chain
- Incident management & regulatory obligations
- Physical security
- Training & exercisesDELIVERABLES: Full audit reportPROFILE:
• Proven expertise in OT/ICS and critical telecom audits.
• Proficiency in NISv2 (governance, supply chain, MFA, continuity, reporting).
• Proficiency in SCADA environments and professional radio (digital systems).

- Expertise: o ISO 27001 / ISO 27019 (dedicated OT cybersecurity rules for the ENERGY sector),
