Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Partnerships Associate to join our team In this role, you will work closely with our Marketing team to work on inbound and outbound partnerships and have the opportunity to connect with music industry partners and build relationships that will support our growth at Groover.
This internship is ideal for someone who is looking to kick start their career in music and marketing and wants to learn how to drive results through strategic partnership efforts.Missions* Work alongside our Partnerships Manager to run and grow several partnership channels at once.
* Lead our media partnerships: you'll team up with influencers and content creators to produce content that gets Groover in front of new artists.
* Own the full media partnership cycle: you'll find new partners, negotiate deals, review and launch content, then measure and report on the results.
* Run open-call collaborations: you'll launch new opportunities for artists, list them, and manage the whole application process from start to finish (including listening to a lot of great new music).
* Assist global partnership projects with major brands and platforms as they come up.
* Work closely with the marketing, communications, ads and data teams to make every partnership a success.## Preferred Experience
* Good understanding of digital marketing
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
* Enthusiasm for problem-solving & eagerness to learn
* Autonomous and self-motivated, capable of working independentlyBonus if
