Grenoble, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France Quobly Temps plein 32 000 € - 52 000 € Contrat

Based in the heart of the French Alps, Quobly is the result of more than 15 years of research into quantum computing.

At Quobly, we have chosen a practical and scalable approach to quantum technology. We are building a silicon spin-qubit quantum computer, leveraging 300 mm FD-SOI technology and an industrial ecosystem that is unique in Europe.

Quobly offers you the opportunity to help shape the future of quantum computing: join Quobly and make everyday working life simpler, smoother and better organised for our teams.

As a key point of contact for everyday working life, you will keep our offices running smoothly and contribute to a high-quality employee experience. You will manage facilities, suppliers, access, travel and reception, anticipating small issues before they become real problems.

This is not a Happiness Manager role. We are looking for a highly service-oriented person who can organise, follow through and move topics forward with care and method.

  • Manage badges, access, supplies, utilities and technical interventions.
  • Coordinate cleaning, maintenance and workplace-service providers.
  • Act as Quobly’s main contact with Minatec and develop a network of tenant companies.
  • Prepare employee arrivals and departures with HR and IT and organise business travel.
  • Manage reception and support day-to-day internal communication with the Communications team.
  • Proven experience in office management, workplace services or administrative coordination.
  • Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several topics at once.
  • Strong service mindset, welcoming approach and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy, anticipation and a solution-first attitude.
  • Clear communication, diplomacy and the ability to manage suppliers with tact and firmness.
  • Discretion, reliability and comfort in a build-up environment.
  • Working in Grenoble, home to some of the fastest-moving tech and industrial companies around, and a great base camp for a wide range of activities from outdoor and mountain sports to arts and culture.
  • Grenoble offers an affordable lifestyle, ensuring you can plan for a comfortable future while advancing your career with us.
  • The opportunity to develop in-demand skills alongside the best researchers in their fields.
  • A collaborative work environment and a company culture where trust is paramount and where individual contributions are recognised.
  • Presenting at international conferences to share our latest results.
  • Work-life balance, with a standard package of 213 workdays per year.
