We are seeking an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and delivery of digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, UX designers, and cross-functional partners to define product roadmaps, prioritize requirements, and deliver customer-centric solutions that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and customer requirements.
- Own and manage the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage expectations, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify opportunities and product enhancements.
- Define and track key product metrics and KPIs.
Required Skills
- Strong experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to create user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent presentation and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Digital Transformation programs.
- Knowledge of API-driven platforms, cloud technologies, and digital products.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or Figma.
- Familiarity with data analytics and product metrics.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Product certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager are preferred.
