Overview

The Network & Security Infrastructure Engineer provides technical expertise in enterprise network, connectivity and security infrastructure. The role focuses on operational support, troubleshooting, change implementation and continuous improvement of network services.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support network and security infrastructure components.
• Manage routing, switching, firewall, proxy, DNS and load balancing activities.
• Troubleshoot complex network or connectivity incidents.
• Implement changes, upgrades and technical improvements.
• Support monitoring, performance analysis and capacity activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application and production teams.
• Document network procedures and technical standards.
• Contribute to service stability and continuous improvement.

Mandatory skills

• Strong experience in network engineering or network security operations.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, firewalling, load balancing and DNS/proxy services.
• Experience with enterprise vendors such as Cisco, F5, Checkpoint, Palo Alto or equivalent.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex production incidents.
• Knowledge of monitoring and operational support practices.
• Understanding of network security principles.
• Good documentation and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills in English.
