Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant fieldMinimum 6 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years as a Business AnalystMinimum 2 years of experience with Scrum or another Agile frameworkStrong experience in business and IT systems analysisAbility to translate business needs into technical requirementsExperience with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence and modelling tools such as Sparx EAKnowledge of Scrum methodologyGood understanding of relational databasesAbility to apply architectural principles and modelling techniquesExperience in testing, documentation, training, deployment, and reportingStrong communication and documentation skillsAbility to work effectively in teams and multicultural environments
