Alignerr Corp. is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer - AI Data Trainer to join on a remote, hourly contract. Expect 10-40 hours per week and a flexible schedule that fits a global collaboration model.
You will lead the authorship of high-fidelity reasoning traces, mentor others on structured traces, and design data strategies to help LLMs solve real-world tasks with better reliability. Requirements include significant ML experience focused on model reasoning and advanced LLM
