Alma in Paris is seeking a Head of Identity & Tooling to define and implement the company's identity and access management strategy. You will design a scalable RBAC model, define ownership and approval workflows across critical tools, and oversee lifecycle processes for joiners, movers and leavers.
You will own tooling governance, establish standards for access requests and privileged access, and drive security, compliance and operational excellence across the organization.
