Project & Production Coordinator — Exhibition Stands (Modular)

Il y a 3 jours

Arpajon, Île-de-France SOL Gmbh Temps plein 30 132 € - 35 712 € Contrat

About the role

This is a hybrid Production + Project Management role for our modular vertical. You'll be the person who turns a finalized design into a stand that's standing on the show floor on time — handling both the hands‑on production/logistics side and the coordination side with organizers, venues and partners.

It's a hands-on, on-the-ground role: you'll be in the warehouse, on the road, and on‑site at builds. If you're looking for a desk‑only or remote job, this isn't it — and that's by design.

What you’ll do

Production & operations

  • Manage inventory of modular systems and stand components; run stock checks and keep storage organized.
  • Coordinate logistics and transport of materials to event sites across Europe.
  • Lead on‑site assembly and dismantling of modular stands, hands‑on alongside the crew.
  • Ensure builds meet safety and quality standards.

Project coordination

  • Take projects over once the design is finalized and drive them to delivery.
  • Handle formalities with show organizers and venues (orders for services — power, rigging, internet, furniture, etc.).
  • Coordinate with partners, suppliers and the production crew to keep timelines and budgets on track.
  • Be the point of contact on‑site during setup and the live event.

Must‑haves (please don't apply if these aren't a fit)

  • Experience in exhibitions, events, trade shows, or stand/booth construction — or strong, directly transferable hands‑on project/site coordination experience.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe and to do physical, hands‑on setup work (lifting, assembly, long days on‑site). These are essential functions of the role.
  • Valid driving license.
  • On‑site presence in Paris, Monday to Friday.
  • Valid right to work in France. We are not able to provide visa sponsorship.
  • Fluent English and working‑level French.

Nice‑to‑have

  • Familiarity with modular systems (Octanorm, beMatrix or similar).
  • Basic technical skills: electrics, painting, light construction, or reading technical drawings/CAD.
  • A second European language (German, Italian, Spanish, Polish).
