Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead electrical design packages from concept through detailed design and delivery.
• Develop and review power distribution, HV/LV, resilience and critical power solutions.
• Undertake and oversee electrical calculations and technical assessments.
• Coordinate electrical systems with mechanical, structural, civil and specialist disciplines.
• Review designs and technical information to maintain quality and design assurance.
• Engage with clients and project stakeholders on technical requirements and design decisions.
• Mentor and support engineers while contributing to continuous improvement of technical standards.

Essential Skills

• Strong electrical building services or infrastructure design experience.
• Proven capability designing complex power distribution and electrical systems.
• Experience taking ownership of significant design packages or technical workstreams.
• Strong multidisciplinary coordination and design review capability.
• Confident communication with clients, engineers and project stakeholders.
