In an international, multi-region environment undergoing significant transformation, you will be responsible for turning complex business challenges into simple, consistent, and measurable digital experiences for our visitors, retailers, and local teams.

3. Global / multinational organisation experience
- Operate effectively in large, structured, multinational digital organisations, balancing governance, standardisation versus localisation, cross-country alignment and matrix stakeholder management.
4. Technical literacy, strong dimension with no coding required
- Understand modern digital ecosystems, including CMS, APIs, analytics, experimentation, privacy and scalability considerations.
- Collaborate effectively with architects and engineering teams to translate business needs into implementable solutions.

- Partner closely with the Product Owner to deliver the roadmap and ensure successful execution.
- Define adoption and go-to-market plans to maximise business impact.
- Define measurement plans, including KPIs, funnels and event taxonomy, ensure tracking readiness before launch, interpret performance and convert insights into prioritised improvements.
What are our main challenges?
- Drive a data-led strategy.
- Actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the teams.
- Take part in the transformation of the business model of a CAC 40 company.
