CDG Maui is seeking a construction-minded sales leader to own the company’s sales and build a repeatable pipeline for high-end custom homes and renovations in Maui. You will take over active leads, develop new business, and work closely with the CEO and COO to align capacity and growth plans.
You will implement a structured sales process, manage relationships with architects, designers and past clients, and ensure proposals reflect value, margin and feasibility.
