Context: The mission focuses on monitoring budget execution and the IT cross-functional Staff Plan.
MISSIONS:
• Monitoring of budget execution & Staff Plan – cross-functional IT GBCR;
• Management of the overall model;
• Management of the overall model Resource Cube;
• Management and production of detailed monthly monitoring reports;
• Implementation of monitoring tools and processes;
• Monitoring of fixed assets / depreciation;
• Budget preparation and periodic reviews;
• Facilitation of TFA.
Job Description
The consultant acts as an IT Project Management Office (PMO) manager. In this role, they:
• Ensure operational management and reporting of activity within a specific area: strategic, project portfolio, programs, or operational activities;
• Manage resource allocation planning, progress tracking, and project budget;
• Alert project managers in case of deviations from forecasts;
• Participate directly in projects or on behalf of a department as part of cross-functional project portfolio monitoring ;
• Contribute to the development of the project portfolio, taking into account resource constraints and dependencies in terms of cost, time, and skills;
• Monitor project or program progress according to defined quality, cost, and time requirements;
• Verify adherence to commitments;
• Verify the application of methodology and best practices;
• Conduct risk analysis;
• Evaluate the current and projected capacity of resources and tasks and propose optimization or potential reallocation.
The consultant:
• Proposes adjustments and replanning if necessary;
• Monitors and updates the budget;
• Tracks allocated resources against forecasts: consumed, remaining to be done and planning;
• Produces the necessary reporting for managing the relevant departments and for developing dashboards;
• Leads the process of developing master plans and translates it into a roadmap.
Desired profile: IT Project Management Office (PMO) manager, with more than 9 years of seniority experience.
