Field Marketing Manager
We have an opportunity for Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing team, based in France and reporting to theField Marketing leader for Southern Europe.
In this role, you will develop and execute a marketing plan for France designed to generate leads and pipeline in support of the region's sales revenue and bookings targets. You will work closely with the France sales team to understand key accounts, target accounts, pipeline coverage and top channel partners, and use that understanding to build a focused programme of events, digital activity, content and partner-led demand generation. As one of our key growth markets this is a fantastic opportunity to really make a mark.
You will own the marketing plan, budget and partner relationships for your patch, and act as a genuine partner to the sales team rather than an execution resource for it. You will be part of a close-knit team of EMEA field marketers who are equal parts creative and data-driven, and part of a wider Global Field Marketing organisation with colleagues across AMS and APJ.
Be a Contributor — What You'll Do
- Develop a quarterly marketing plan for France, in collaboration with regional sales leadership, aligned to both corporate objectives and local priorities
- Deliver the plan through a mix of field events, executive roundtables, ABM, workshops, user groups, webinars, digital activity and content syndication
- Run account-based marketing on the priority accounts in France, building a named plan with each account manager, supported by bespoke content and executive engagement
- Bring the flagship EMEA moments to France, including Infoblox Exchange, Infoblox Connect and supper clubs, alongside presence and speaking slots at industry events such as Les Assises
- Build joint marketing programmes with channel partners and distributors to grow partner-sourced pipeline
- Grow the database of targetable contacts across the right accounts, job levels and sales geography
- Partner with the sales and customer advocacy teams to build customer references and case studies
- Manage the France marketing budget and build a quarterly investment plan with your manager
- Ensure leads generated in France are assigned promptly and receive timely follow-up
- Track and report on marketing performance in Salesforce and our reporting tools, showing how activity converts from first response through to qualified pipeline and bookings, and what return each investment delivered
- Use the AI tools already built into the team's workflow to plan, produce and report on campaigns more efficiently
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- Over 5 years of technology marketing experience, ideally in enterprise security or networking
- A track record of building and executing regional marketing plans that address different buying-cycle stages and personas
- Working knowledge of a range of demand generation tactics, plus strong social media skills to build campaigns and awareness in France
- Experience of account-based marketing, from account selection and bespoke content through to executive engagement
- Experience running executive-level events and roundtables end to end, from concept and invitation through to follow-up
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, channel, business development and pre‑sales teams to deliver joint campaigns
- Comfortable balancing regional priorities against corporate direction, with the influenci
