Odixcity Consulting is seeking an RLHF Specialist to improve AI alignment by designing and implementing feedback pipelines using RLHF methodologies. You will work remotely with a global team to create high-quality preference data, stress-test prompts, and refine reward models.
You will collaborate with ML engineers to analyze failures, propagate annotation strategies, and ensure scalable data collection across languages and domains.
