EssilorLuxottica in France seeks a Senior HR Controller to ensure accurate labor cost and headcount reporting across EMEA. You will bridge HR and Finance, harmonize reporting standards, and provide strategic insights into workforce costs, planning, and efficiency projects.
You will consolidate actuals and forecasts, drive budget processes, and support headcount approvals. Fluent English required; French is not mandatory.
