MOJO Family of Brands in Bettendorf (Grand Est region) seeks a Recruiting, Development, & Retention Manager to own the employee lifecycle across assigned wash locations. This field-based role leads hourly hiring, site leadership development, and retention practices, coaching leaders in the moment to prevent vacancies.
The position is on-site across the territory with four days per week preferred on-site; travel within the territory and flexibility to meet business needs are required.
