About The Role

We are looking for a hands‑on and results‑driven Logistics Site Manager to lead our logistics and warehouse operations at site level. This is a key operational leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable flow of materials and finished goods across inbound logistics, storage, warehouse operations, and outbound distribution. You will lead warehouse teams, drive operational discipline, ensure inventory accuracy, and support a safe, high‑performing logistics environment that enables smooth production and customer service delivery.

What You Will Do

Lead Logistics & Warehouse Operations

• Manage and oversee daily warehouse and logistics activities.
• Ensure efficient movement of materials and finished products between production, storage, and dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate inbound, picking, loading, and outbound operations in line with production and shipping requirements.
• Ensure goods are handled, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Establish a stable and predictable logistics operation with strong execution discipline.
• Improve inventory accuracy and ensure prompt resolution of stock discrepancies.
• Reduce operational errors such as mis‑picks, shipment mistakes, and dispatch delays through effective processes, training, and supervision.
• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement improvements to service, productivity, and cost performance.

Lead and Develop Teams

• Manage warehouse employees, coordinators, and shift teams.
• Organize workforce planning, task allocation, and shift coordination.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Coach and develop team capabilities to support operational excellence.

Ensure Safety & Compliance

• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all logistics activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organization, and workplace discipline.
• Support audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.

Collaborate Across Functions

• Work closely with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, and Site Leadership teams.
• Coordinate logistics activities with transport providers and external partners.
• Ensure effective communication between shifts and departments.
• Support the implementation of regional and global logistics standards and initiatives.

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations management.
• Strong people leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution environment.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes, and logistics planning.
• Experience driving operational improvements, performance management, and workplace safety.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead teams through change while maintaining operational stability.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
