At Sephora, beauty means feeling recognized, valued, and fulfilled, both individually and collectively. It means building deep connections with others, celebrating diversity and inclusion, unlocking your own potential, and taking action every day to make a positive impact.

Since our founding in 1969 in Limoges, France, and our integration into the LVMH group in 1997, we have never stopped reinventing prestige beauty. Today, we continue to break the mold, driven by our purpose: to promote a world of inspiration and inclusion where everyone is invited to freely celebrate their own beauty.

With 56,000 employees across 35 countries, we bring together customers, brands, and beauty enthusiasts within the largest and most vibrant beauty community in the world. Through a selection of nearly 500 brands, along with our own brand, Sephora Collection, we offer the most unique and diverse range of products: fragrances, makeup, haircare, skincare, and much more.

The C&B Manager reports both hierarchically and functionally to the C&B Director EME and to the HR Director France.

The France organization has significant exposure in employee relations and maintains strong relationships with staff representatives. The C&B function covers both the retail network and the head office, and must combine legal rigor with agility in order to evolve our practices in service of the business.

The C&B Manager ensures that the business strategy is translated concretely into compensation programs and into the level of service delivered to the HR community. You will embody the reference Reward expertise, lead cross-functional projects, and build compensation systems at the national level for the entire network.

This is a permanent position (CDI) based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

You will excel and thrive in this role if you want to…

Compensation & Benefits Strategy:

  • Bring a strategic vision to defining the compensation and benefits policy for the countries within your scope (France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Belgium)
  • Ensure its proper application, tailored to the various employee categories, both head office and retail network
  • Guarantee ongoing benchmarking of our compensation against the market

Employee Relations & Multi-Country Compliance:

  • Prepare the Mandatory Annual Negotiations (NAO) and the renewals of our profit-sharing agreement, in partnership with Employee Relations
  • Manage, in coordination with the LVMH group, brokers, and consultants, insurance, protection, and retirement contracts. Monitor the market and ensure the continuous improvement of benefits
  • Ensure regulatory compliance of our C&B practices
  • Represent the C&B function in employee dialogue bodies (Works Council / CSE)

Operational Management & Deployment:

  • Deploy Sephora's C&B processes, including salary review, variable pay calculation, and job evaluation, in partnership with HR Directors
  • Prepare compensation package offers for France head office employees
  • Update and evolve variable and collective compensation systems
  • Lead and/or contribute to cross-functional C&B projects at the Europe & Middle East regional level

Your key contacts will be:

  • The C&B Director EME
  • The General Manager France and the HR Director France
  • The France Finance teams
  • The LVMH Group C&B teams, brokers, and consultants
  • Social partners and staff representatives
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in C&B, within an international company (Retail, FMCG, Industry) or a specialized consulting firm
  • Proven experience managing NAO and employee benefits in France
  • Autonomous, comfortable with both operational and strategic topics, with a strong affinity for figures and tools
  • Fluent French and professional English
