Touchdown Labs is seeking an Advanced Packaging & Heterogeneous Integration Engineer to translate device and system requirements into packaging architecture and qualification plans. You will evaluate 2.5D/3D options, substrates, interposers, and die attach paths to propose defensible routes.
You will define known-good-die criteria, test and reliability plans, and coordinate interfaces among die suppliers, assembly partners, test owners, and customers to ensure robust qualification outcomes.
