Harding is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead our onboard cruise retail teams and drive sales performance. You will manage guest experience, train staff, and coordinate client outreach for events while upholding luxury service standards.
Join a dynamic environment at sea, with a contract role of up to six months at a time and potential breaks between contracts. Accommodation and meals are provided on board, along with central training and support.
