Audit Senior Manager / Audit Director | Fast-Track to Partner | Paris
An exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Audit Senior Manager or Director to accelerate their career towards Partnership within an innovative, international accounting and advisory firm.
We are working with a rapidly growing global professional services firm in France that is looking to appoint an experienced Audit Senior Manager or Audit Director, with a clear ambition to progress to Partner.
The firm already works with a significant portfolio of major French businesses, including listed companies, and is looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can help take its audit practice to the next level.
Who are we looking for?
- An experienced Audit Senior Manager or Audit Director, ideally currently working within a Top 10 accounting and audit firm.
- Current, hands-on experience auditing listed companies, ideally including major French listed groups.
- Strong technical expertise in statutory audit, financial reporting, IFRS and complex group audits.
- Proven experience leading large audit engagements, managing substantial teams and building senior client relationships.
- A commercially minded individual who is motivated to develop new business, win clients and contribute to the growth of the practice.
- Someone with the ambition and leadership potential to progress rapidly towards Partnership.
- An entrepreneurial professional who values collaboration, autonomy, transparent communication and a dynamic working environment.
