IQVIA is hiring a Learning Delivery Quality Lead to design and deliver onboarding, role-readiness and capability development for Clinical Operations staff. You will collaborate with operational leaders, quality, HR and client stakeholders to ensure compliant, well-trained teams globally.
You will lead sponsor training programs, maintain curricula for CRAs and Study Managers, and drive continuous improvement while supporting inspection readiness and soft-skills development.
