Responsibilities
As an Associate you will break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identify key aspects of a problem, and direct the focus of junior consultants. You will effectively plan and execute analysis, identify core issues, craft suitable recommendations, and manage small teams to drive projects forward.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of relevant experience, ideally with a leading consulting firm focused on Financial Services or experience with banks (General Inspection) or FinTechs
- Undergraduate or advanced degree in STEM, finance, or economics from a top university
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills with the ability to adjust style to suit different seniority levels
- Fluent business English and French
- Ability to solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and create an inclusive environment
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to travel to clients worldwide
- Track record of delivering results in a cross‑functional, high‑growth, fast‑paced environment
- Willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with a talented team
Nice to have
- Industry expertise in banking with previous experience in credit risk and finance areas
- CFA (or other relevant industry certifications) or MBA from a top‑tier university
