Senior Manager – Cosmetics

Our client is an international leader in the specialty chemicals sector. As part of the expansion of its activities serving the cosmetics market, we are seeking a Senior Manager with solid industry experience.

Responsibilities

Reporting to Executive Management, you will contribute to defining and implementing the development strategy for the cosmetics and specialty ingredients markets.

• Develop and manage relationships with key players in the cosmetics industry.
• Identify opportunities for growth, partnerships, and diversification.
• Support sales and technical teams in developing differentiated value propositions.
• Continuously monitor market developments, consumer trends, and technological innovations.
• Participate in strategic planning regarding the product portfolio and future investments.
• Represent the company to clients, partners, and industry associations.

Profile

• Higher education degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Proven managerial experience in the cosmetics industry, functional ingredients, or specialty chemicals.
• Excellent knowledge of major international players in the cosmetics sector.
• Strong ability to operate in multicultural and international environments.
