We are seeking threePediatric Advanced Practice Clinicians to joinour Virtual Practice Support and Extended Care multisite practice.Clinicians are expectedto live in the greater Charlotte, NC, area, one of the fastest growingareas in the country.

Position Details:

  • Virtual Practice Support(VPS):TheAPPteam will be affiliated withmultiple“brick and mortar” practices, becoming an extension of those clinicians. Providing inbox coverage for clinicians who are out of office, managing refill requests, performing virtual visits andeVisits, and taking care of chronic conditionsduring the day, theAPPwill “support” their affiliated practice colleagues to truly disconnect when they are not in office,maintainingseamless care to patients and families. Thispracticeis staffed byAdvanced Practice Clinicians, supported by the physician team.These APPS may also provide in-office visits as coverage for providersoutof the office.

  • Extended Care (EC):IN the evenings and on weekends,APPs will transition to providingsharedIN-PERSON after-hours care7 days a week.Theteamwillthereforebe able to have a mix of both virtual/remoteand direct patient care.The Extended Care location will be open from 5-8pm M-F and8am-8p on Sat and Sun.
