Donaldson seeks a Lean Master in France to lead the Lean strategy across multiple plants, deliver training, and build a strong lean culture within the operations teams. You will work with plant managers to deploy Lean and Six Sigma projects that drive long‑term business benefits.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business/Quality/Engineering, Black Belt, 10+ years in manufacturing, and 3+ years with Lean (Six Sigma), with up to 70% travel.
