Semiconductor Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager
An international company is seeking a Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager to join its team in the Paris suburbs.
The role involves coordinating purchasing and supply chain activities, working with suppliers and international colleagues.
This opportunity would suit an experienced purchasing or supply chain professional with team leadership experience.
English is required, while French and German language skills would be an advantage.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and supply chain activities, support the team and work with suppliers and internal departments to maintain reliable supply and improve efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day purchasing and supply chain operations
- Coordinate orders, delivery schedules and product availability with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and support supply planning
- Work with internal departments to resolve supply and delivery issues
- Identify and implement improvements to operational processes
- Lead and support the team
Ideal Candidate
Required
- Relevant experience in purchasing and supply chain operations in Semiconductor industry
- Team leadership or management experience
- Strong supplier management, negotiation and coordination skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
