How will you shape our tomorrow ?
As Scrum Master, you will co-lead two Agile delivery teams — Marketing Automation and Sales Mobile — alongside their Product Owners. The Product Owner owns the what and the why; you own how the team delivers; together, you are accountable for results.
You will keep delivery predictable within the SAFe train, remove impediments quickly and help the teams continuously improve. You will also experiment with AI across the delivery lifecycle, support adoption and help shape the Scrum Master role of tomorrow.
You will join the Delivery team, work closely with the Delivery Lead and Release Train Engineer, contribute to the Digital Factory Scrum Master community and report to the AX Delivery Lead. Your environment: a global Digital Factory of more than 300 professionals from different companies.

Identify and remove blockers early, while ensuring cross-team dependencies are visible, planned and resolved.
Facilitate decisions across teams and trains, working with Architects, Product Managers and other stakeholders to keep delivery moving.
Identify , test and scale AI use cases across refinement, testing, reporting, release and other delivery activities; share proven practices with the Scrum Master community.
Challenge current ways of working, measure outcomes and implement practical improvements that raise productivity and quality.
Track delivery performance — including planned versus delivered work, spillover, defect levels and service-level objectives — and use the data as a basis for improvement.
Coordinate and communicate pre-production and production releases, on rotation with the train’s other Scrum Masters.
Contribute actively to Digital Factory-wide initiatives and operational improvements.
