Energy Jobline ATTB in Tennessee seeks a Civil Engineer to lead highway design efforts, including geometrics, 3D models, drainage, signing, and bike/ped facilities. You will plan through PS&E and construction, ensuring compliance with design standards.
You will collaborate with EITs and professionals, oversee staff, develop quantities and construction specifications, and support construction while tracking budgets and schedules.
