* By Roberte OkoyaContext: Project to develop and deploy a prospecting support platform. The solution takes the form of a platform with a web interface and a set of search and data processing modules.
Mission: The client wishes to entrust a specialized consultant with the development, integration, and deployment of the platform. Responsibilities include:
• Front-end and back-end development;
• Solution architecture design;
• Proposal and implementation of solutions to technical (load scalability, performance, etc.) and business (user testing) issues;
• Summarization and communication of decision-making elements regarding technological choices, with explanations of risks and benefits;
• Documentation of the platform's code and operation;
• Support for the team's skills development. The consultant will carry out their duties in close consultation with the project manager. The consultant will be integrated into the research/project team and will directly perform the assigned tasks under the supervision of the project manager, who will provide technical oversight of the work and define the operational guidelines necessary for its completion. The consultant will participate in internal progress meetings and coordination meetings according to the schedule established by the client. The team members work with the project manager using an Agile methodology:
• The activities and tasks required to complete the project are divided into development cycles (sprints) lasting from one week to a maximum of two months. Team members contribute directly to their execution, in accordance with the objectives and priorities defined for each sprint;
• During each sprint, team members carry out the design, development, testing, and documentation work assigned to them, in order to produce a functional version of the completed developments;
• The activities, tasks, and deliverables for subsequent sprints are defined and estimated during previous sprints, in consultation with the project manager, in order to adapt the work to the needs and progress of the project. Required
Skills:
Developing the platform requires solid knowledge of front-end (NodeJS), back-end (TypeScript, Python), data (ETL), AI (NLP and LLM), and infrastructure (Terraform, Ansible, Docker). The speaker must have the following technical
skills:
• NodeJS, React, Javascript, Typescript, Python;
• RDBMS and NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, SOLR);
• Software engineering tools and best practices (version control, code quality, testing, documentation, etc.);
• DevOps tools and best practices (Terraform, Ansible, Docker, CI/CD, etc.);
• AI and data science (NLP, LLM, etc.);
• Cloud infrastructure (OVH, AWS, etc.).
Required Profile: Experienced Full-Stack AI Engineer with at least 5 years of experience. The candidate must have experience in the following areas:
• Web application creation;
• Microservices application development;
• Implementation of text search modules using NLP;
• Database management;
• Website harvesting;
• Use of open data on companies in France and/or Europe;
• Use of LLMs via APIs;
• Deployment on cloud infrastructure.
