Airwallex is seeking a high-energy Strategic Account Manager ( SME ) to drive expansion and maximize Net Revenue Retention for 50+ SME accounts in France. You will bridge customers with product and engineering to tailor API configurations and scale our fintech platform.
You will own the upsell strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building a scalable onboarding playbook while ensuring strong account health and long-term loyalty.
