Council of Europe in Strasbourg is seeking a Head of the Certification of Substances Department (DCEP) within the EDQM. The role leads two divisions and the Planning & Process Management Section, ensuring department goals align with EDQM strategy and public health objectives.
You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive performance via KPIs, oversee regulatory data evaluation, and represent the department to national and international authorities.
