Responsibilities
- Work directly with strategic customers to understand their workflows and business goals
- Participate in customer workshops to identify high-value operational use cases
- Design and deliver end-to-end use cases leveraging the YOOBIC platform
- Build the last mile needed to make customer use cases successful
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve frontline execution
- Prototype AI-powered workflows using LLM APIs
- Support integrations with customer systems
- Create reusable assets such as technical documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, software engineering, or a similar role
- Strong technical fluency
- Experience working with APIs, webhooks, authentication, JSON, databases, scripts, and modern SaaS workflows
- Strong interest in AI, LLMs, workflow automation, and practical enterprise use cases
- Fluent in English; French is a strong plus
