Head of Growth Marketing – Gaming

Full House Resorts is seeking a senior marketing leader for its Cripple Creek properties to drive growth in gaming, hospitality, and entertainment. This on-site role will lead acquisition, retention, and entertainment marketing, shaping strategy, teams, and partnerships with local businesses and tourism partners.

You will own the annual plan and budgets, set KPI targets, and defend reinvestment decisions by segment. A track record in loyalty, CRM, and digital marketing is essential.
