As a Therapy Development Manager (TDM) France-East, you will play a key role in driving the successful adoption and growth of Inspire therapy within your assigned territory. You will actively contribute to the development and execution of commercial strategies, identify new growth opportunities, and build lasting partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand market penetration.
- Drive implant growth by establishing and strengthening referral networks between sleep physicians and implanting centers.
- Assess, qualify, and onboard new centers within the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide sales forecasts and planned implantation projections as requested by management.
- Share best practices with peers and leadership.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, and Commercial teams to optimize therapy awareness and market development programs.
- Provide relevant market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a scientific, technical, business, or communications-related field.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within the MedTech industry, experience in implantable devices is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding commercial objectives.
- Experience supporting therapy adoption is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
