Eaton is seeking a Front Line Leader - Paint for 2nd Shift in its AMER ARS division. The role oversees the fabrication team to meet production schedules, quality, cost, and safety goals, coordinating with functional groups to satisfy customer requirements. You will drive safety, quality and CI using EBS and CIF frameworks.
You will lead safety and production initiatives, mentor operators, and ensure environmental, health, and safety standards are met while aligning resources across the shift.
