Studapart, part of HousingAnywhere Group, is seeking a Quality & Training Manager. Based in France (Cergy) with frequent travel to Rotterdam, you will create and lead the Group's Quality & Training activity for Operations, define scope and governance, and partner with Customer Support and Booking Ops to shape onboarding, quality monitoring, and performance tooling.
You will design training programmes, create materials, and implement a scalable operating model across the Cergy and Rotterdam
