Gather and analyze
requirements:
Translate user and business requirements into detailed functional specifications, while writing specifications documents.
Managing the functional design: Structuring the project on a functional level (backlog, user stories, use cases, workflows) and validating the consistency of the proposed solutions with the overall architecture.
Provide interface and coordination: Facilitate dialogue between business stakeholders, the technical project team and security/infrastructure experts; report alerts, risks and arbitrations to the Project Director.
Managing the acceptance testing phases: Defining the acceptance testing strategy (scenarios, functional test plans), coordinating and executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and monitoring the resolution of anomalies until the green light for production.
Supporting change and deployment: Designing training materials, writing functional documentation (user guides) and supporting teams during the deployment of the solution.
Contribute to steering and reporting: Monitor the progress of functional deliverables, update monitoring indicators (KPIs) and participate in project and monitoring committees led by the Project Director.
