The Senior CAD Designer I at Dynamic leads CAD production and design coordination for land development projects, ensuring quality and adherence to standards. You will mentor CAD users, drive workflows, and coordinate with engineers, PMs, and external agencies to deliver accurate drawings on time.
You will apply Civil 3D and AutoCAD, develop plans, exhibits, and earthwork analyses, and continuously improve CAD processes, templates, and best practices while embracing new technologies.
